Is the hand-painted kettle a showpiece or can be used?
The hand-painted kettle can be used to serve hot/ cold beverages. We do not paint inside the kettle making it completely secure to consume tea / coffee . We use non toxic, child safe colors free of lead.

Can the glasses be used for drinking purpose?
Yes, as we do not paint the rim it can be used to consume tea/coffee or cold beverages. We also make sure to cover the rim area while painting.

Can I wash the kettle?
Yes, use mild detergent and water, do not use abrasive surface or scrubber.

Can the glasses be washed?
Yes, please use soap and water, do not use abrasive surface or scrubber.

Will I be charged for shipping?
Shipping is absolutely free within Mumbai. However, a charge of Rs. 120/- is applicable for orders outside Mumbai and within India. For international orders kindly, refer to shipping rate chart or get in touch with us on info@reflectionsonthewall.com or 9820560402.

What if I receive a damage product?
Please be assured we at Rotw have stringent checks before qualifying the product for shipping. However , if u receive a damaged product kindly get in touch with us within 24 hours from date of receiving the shipment and we will try to sort your query. Can I return a product?
Yes, after a quality check which will take around 3-4 days we will issue you a store voucher and you can purchase another product of same or more value. Shipping costs for the same will be bearded by the patron.

Can I customize my order ?
Yes, we undertake commission work as per client requirements for paintings, kitsch articles, guitars etc. kindly, get in touch with us for the same. Our team will be there to help you to get your imagination turned into an art piece.

General Queries

How can I place an order online?

It’s very easy! Once you’ve chosen the product, click on it. Click on the icon ‘Add to Cart’ to put the item you want to purchase in your shopping basket.

You will need to log-in and further you can check out by paying for your selection.

Pick the category from the ‘main’ menu.Click on the product you want to buy. When you are sure of your choice, please click on the‘Add to Cart’ button to continue. If you already have a ‘Reflections on the wall  ’account you can login or checkout as guest by giving your email id. Enter your billing/shipping address and press continue.Select a payment option, enter the required details and press Pay. After a successful payment you will be taken to the order confirmation page. Also an email will be send to your account.

What if I saw an item, which ends up being out of stock?

Here at ‘Reflections on the wall ‘, we try to focus on bringing in new designs. However, if you like any design/artwork which is out of stock kindly, write to us at info@reflectionsonthewall.com and we will do the needful.

Can we customize our own design?

Absolutely! Simply, fill in the customization form or get in touch with us at info@reflectionsonthewall.com or +91-9820560402 and we will do the needful.
How do I create a Reflections on the wall account?

Just click on ‘Register’ link on the top of the home page and enter your details. Go to your email, follow the verification link and you’re done. Welcome to the Reflections on the wall family.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

You will receive an email confirmation from Reflections on the wall once your order is successfully placed. This mail will have all the details related to your order.

Can I modify my order after placing it?

We understand that in cases, you may want to change the product in your placed order. You may even require having your shipping address updated. These changes are allowed till we have begun processing your order. For such requests, please get in touch with Customer Care +91-9820560402 / info@reflectionsonthewall.com immediately.

Can I change my existing order?

Yes! But you must do it before shipping is confirmed. If the item has been shipped, you will have to treat this as a return. (please follow our return policy)
How do I get my payment back?

We ensure that the refund process in case of cancellation of orders will start within 4 hours of your intimation to our Customer Care. However, it might take a week for the amount to get credited in your account depending on the time taken by your bank.
